The process doesn’t end when you hit “submit.” This final session explores what happens after proposal submission and how to stay engaged with the government. Learn the importance of debriefs, how to interpret feedback, and how to respond to pre-award or post-award inquiries.
We’ll also focus on long-term proposal readiness: building a past performance library, keeping your team ready to respond, and using Sources Sought and RFIs to shape upcoming opportunities. Participants will leave equipped to build and manage a forward-looking opportunity pipeline.
